Get answers to common questions about Full Back Wax.
Most clients enjoy hair-free results for three to six weeks. Individual regrowth varies by hair cycle and hormones. Regular waxing can reduce density and extend intervals, while exfoliation and proper aftercare help maintain smoothness longer.
Some discomfort is normal, especially first time, but our trained therapists use quick strips, proper technique, and soothing pre-care to minimize pain. Avoid caffeine, take over-the-counter pain relievers if needed, and schedule touch-ups regularly for gentler waxing experiences.
Exfoliate two to three days prior and ensure hair is about quarter-inch long. Avoid sun exposure, heavy moisturizers, or retinoid products beforehand. Inform us about medications or skin conditions so we can tailor care and reduce irritation risk.
Most clients book every four to six weeks depending on personal regrowth and desired smoothness. After several consistent waxes hair often thins and intervals can lengthen. We’ll advise a personalized schedule based on your regrowth pattern.
Temporary redness, mild swelling, or small bumps are normal and typically resolve within 24–48 hours. Keep the area clean, avoid hot baths, sun exposure, and strenuous exercise for a day. Contact us if prolonged irritation or signs of infection occur.
Waxing helps prevent and reduce ingrown hairs over time by removing hair at the root, encouraging proper regrowth. Existing ingrowns may need professional extraction and consistent exfoliation. For persistent cases we recommend targeted treatments and homecare to minimize recurrence.
